Individual climbers are worker bees that someone constantly hires or exploits (in the case of middlemen). When they do everything themselves, the material goes at retail, the execution time can be delayed, the quality of work depends on experience and inner human qualities. They can do it in different ways, respectively, and the price can jump heavily from 13 to 23 $ / sq.m. As a rule, this is a lottery. A good master will come across – the insulation will be done according to the norms, an unfair one – in a year or two the paint will peel off or the insulation will fly off to warm edges.
Prices for insulation “Hacks”
“Hackers” declare prices from 14 $ / sq.m. and below. These people most likely do not have access to the wholesale. The team is going to quickly from random people on the ad. Their task is to do everything very quickly, as a result of which the quality drops dramatically. At this price per square meter materials will not meet the requirements of building codes. Most of the important technological steps are simply skipped. Often these workers have low qualifications, violate safety engineering and technology of work. Usually such insulation blows away with the wind.
