Solar panels are the future, many homeowners install an additional source of electricity for their free roofs or organize a small business project for it under the state program “Green Tariff”.
Once we received a call from installers, for whom the angle of inclination of the roof was too steep. Our task was to mount the carrier crate on four planes, then mount the panels, connect them and attach the electrical cable.
The application was right under the new year and an important condition was to do the work in two days. It must be said that the solar panels, though capable of withstanding any hail, are still quite fragile. Dancing on a steep pitched roof with a bulky solar panel is not an exercise for beginners. Installation completed without damage. With the brigade of 4 people, we successfully coped with the task on time, and our client was satisfied and met the new year with a working power station.
It was installed 29 panels. The power of one panel is 250 W, the total power of the installed batteries was 7.5 kW. One solar battery weighs 19kg.
Very acute angle of the slope, there is no way to be on it without a rope. Electric panels were spread over two circuits, the power cable was passed through the prepared pipe for communications in the general system of chimneys.
